Dr. Juan Pablo Garnica is a Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeon in the Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery unit of the Mataró Hospital.

He also does his private practice at the GEMA Clinic (Mataró, Barcelona), where he offers Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery procedures, as well as Aesthetic Medicine.

Between 2004-2010 he studied Medicine at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB), obtaining the degree with extraordinary prize.

In 2011, he took the specialized training opposition (MIR exam) obtaining position number 24. He obtained a MIR training position at the Vall d'Hebron University Hospital, which he developed in the period 2011-2016.

He has a master's degree in Microsurgical Technique Expert (Experimental Surgery Center, HPT Sabadell), and in 2018-2019 he studied a master's degree in Clinical Management, Medical and Healthcare Management, CEU University.

He has taken multiple courses and workshops on facial cosmetic surgery and aesthetic medicine. He has attended multiple national and international congresses, in order to always be able to offer his patients the latest and best advances in plastic and aesthetic surgery.
